Leave, Leave Now! A Video Presentation & Talk with Carrie Mae Weems H’17

Join us for a screening of Leave, Leave Now!, a film by SU Artist-in-Residence Carrie Mae Weems H’17, which tells the Great Migration story of her grandfather, Frank Weems. The film will be introduced by Dr. Henry Louis Gates, Jr., and will be followed by a discussion on reparations with the artist and professors Paula C. Johnson, Cornell William Brooks and Kenneth W. Mack.
